HOW A MOUSE WORKS?

A mouse has one ball and two bars inside it. The bars trundle freely and also determine the gesture of the pointer on the display screen. The function of the two bars is to control the horizontal and the vertical movements of the pointer. Trolling of the bar that regulates the horizontal movements leads the pointer to move horizontally and likewise if the bar that controls the vertical movement is trundled, the pointer moves in the vertical direction – See Its That Simple!



Incase, both the bars are moved, then a diagonal movement of the pointer takes place on the screen. The movement of the mouse leads the balls inside the mouse to roll which further leads to the rotation of the two bars which results in the movement of the pointer per the movement of the mouse.

The computer disregards the action when an “unimportant” area on the display screen is clicked.
