Panasonic first made waves amidst the buzz about 3D when it announced plans for a 3D HDTV at last year’s CES, or Consumer Electronics Show. Now, the company has revealed that it plans to make its first shipment in spring, and when it does, it will become the first 3D-capable flat-panel HDTV sold in the US. The reportedly gives 1080p resolution to both the right and left eye, which results in a full 3D viewing experience.
Features of Panasonic VT25 (3d plasma tv)
The Panasonic VT25 boasts of a number of interesting features, among them the Infinite Black Pro feature (which improves the black level of performance already found in lower Panasonic flat screen TV models), a 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio, ISFccc, and an RS-232 port useful for custom installations. It also comes with 3-D glasses and comes in 50-, 55-, and 60-inch models.
Cons of getting the Panasonic VT25
The only con that comes with getting the Panasonic VT25 is the fact that you need to buy additional 3D glasses if you want your whole family to enjoy the 3D viewing experience. The unit only comes with just one pair, still a step up from other manufacturers that do not include a pair of 3D glasses with every purchase.
The Panasonic VT25 is one of the pioneers in the 3D HDTV market, with an impressive mix of cool features and improvements from older Panasonic TV models. With this model, watching decent 3D at home has now become a reality.
